What information we collect

When you use our enquiry or application forms we ask only for basic details such as your name, phone number, the course or service you are interested in, your area and, for applications, your qualification.

We do not collect payment card details on this website, and we do not use the forms to collect Aadhaar numbers or medical records.

How forms and WhatsApp work

Our forms do not store your details on our server. When you submit a form, your browser opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message containing what you entered. Nothing is sent until you press “Send” in WhatsApp.

Once you message us, the conversation is handled through WhatsApp and is also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

How we use your information

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, confirm admissions or home-care bookings and share reports or updates you have asked for.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except where needed to provide the service you requested (for example, a laboratory processing your blood sample) or where the law requires.

Analytics and cookies

If enabled, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how many people visit the site and click the Call, WhatsApp and Apply buttons. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. We do not show cookie pop-ups that block the site; you can disable analytics cookies in your browser settings.

Health information

For home-care services we may receive health information such as test reports or prescriptions that you choose to send. We keep this confidential and use it only to deliver the service you requested.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry and booking messages only as long as needed for service, record-keeping and legal obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us.
